My food menu is a celebration of the traditional cuisine of both Bologna and Rimini, of all the things that I love most. I made the best dishes of the Bolognese cuisine all year round and others change with the seasonal availability of the ingredients. The recipes are those of my family and if available, I use the recipes deposited at the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna. I bake fresh bread every day and I make all the pasta by hand. The table is always set carefully, with tablecloths and napkins and family crockery, but you do not pay service and water is free. Simplicity and quality produce is the key of my cooking. No disposables, no bottled water and no paper menu: it’s my little contribution to the environment. I hope you’ll enjoy it.

I only choose the best also for the filling

-The goat cheeses are from the farm Mazzone and Loddo of Roncofreddo(FC)
-Fresh fish comes from the Rimini fish market
I don’t use bottled water, what you find on the table is the mayor’s water
